FANTASTIC VACATION.

“We arrived Jan. 28/24, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to an Ocean View Room, for this, we would like to THANK the Director General, Juan Pablo, for an even more special vacation stay. If you have any concerns, call upon the Community Manager Landi; we did, and he was very, very helpful in taking care of any problems you may have. Thank you, Landi. The lobby bar staff, headed by Raul, were fantastic in handling all of your thirsty needs through the day. In the evening, go to the old cigar bar and see Duni, and let him make you any specialty drinks; you won't be disappointed. We enjoyed the a la carte dinner one night.”
